Shipping policy

  1. We send out packages within 2 days of receiving payment. They are shipped using trusted national and international couriers with tracking. Regardless of the shipping option you choose, we'll provide you with a link to track your package online.
  2. The shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees depend on the total weight of the shipment. It's a good idea to group your items in one order to save on shipping fees. We can't combine two separate orders, and each will have its own shipping fee. Your package is sent at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items.
  3. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs duty charges that might be imposed by the receiving country. If applicable, customers will need to cover these charges.
  4. We use generously sized boxes to ensure your items are well-protected during shipping.
  5. Our courier partners deliver shipments on working days, Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. This excludes public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays due to weather conditions or strikes from our courier partners and transporters.
  6. Once your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking information for your package.
